WILTSHIRE STEAM AND VINTAGE RALLY
To be held on 13th and 14th June 2009 at Rainscombe Park, Oare, Marlborough. SN8 4BZ. Courtesy of Mr Robert and Lady Julia Hiscox and family. (Off the A345 Marlborough to Pewsey road).
Entry to this popular Rally is on a first come, first serve basis and so please complete this form fully and return it to the relevant Section Steward, (listed below) early to avoid disappointment as numbers will be limited. Please include a stamped addressed envelope for the return of passes/wristbands. Please tear off the attached 'Exhibitor Information' sheet for your own records.
The form will need to be returned no later than the 30th April 2009, for entry into the programme and to receive a plaque. Only two wristbands will be issued per exhibit unless by arrangement with the Section Steward. To qualify for judging you must exhibit on both days.
As per last year, in addition to the Bobby Van Appeal we would also like to support the Air Ambulance. If you would prefer for us to donate £1 to the Air Ambulance instead of providing you with a brass plaque, please let us know on your entry form. We will however, need your entry by the 1st April to enable us to do this.
Please note there will be no entry to the site before 10.00am on Friday 12th June 2009. And all exhibitor/camping passes must be displayed on the appropriate vehicle windscreen for entry to the rally.

I declare that during the Event my exhibit will be covered by the insurance requirement as required by the Road Traffic Act, irrespective of whether my exhibit is licensed for use on the highway or not. If my exhibit is not self propelled it will be covered by a public liability policy having a limit of indemnity of not less than £2,000,000 (Two million pounds) on any one accident. I further declare that the driver/rider of any exhibit not excluded from use on the public highway holds a driving licence of the appropriate class for that exhibit. I agree to produce on demand of the Steward or Safety Officer, evidence of insurance, driving licenses and any safety certificate that may be required as appropriate to the exhibit.
I agree to produce, on request, an Inspection certificate in accordance with the IEE Regulations for an electrical equipment (i.e generators, wiring, appliances). I agree to abide by the Code of Practice of the National Traction Engine Trust and the Society's written Statement of Safety Policy. I agree to operate my exhibit during the Event and comply with the attached Exhibitor Information/Rally Safety Code and instructions from the Stewards/Safety Officer. In the event of a dispute the event organiser's decision is final.
The WILTSHIRE AGRICULTURAL PRESERVATION GROUP cannot accept any claim for damage or personal injury sustained whilst taking part in or travelling to and from this event.
